As CEO of Bridge Capital Holding, Bassem leads the company’s investing activity, deployment, and diversification strategies with a focus on growth and development. He is responsible for identifying investment opportunities across multiple asset classes. Bassem sits on the Investment Committee of BY Venture Partners, a $50 million MENA based VC firm that invests globally at both seed and growth stages. He also serves on several boards including Pearl Brands, a major retail player in the Lebanese market, and GMRL (Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon), a leading operator and owner of supermarkets and hypermarkets in Lebanon. Bassem is a graduate of Regent’s University London, United Kingdom.

Celine is a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Bridge Capital. She is responsible for financial reporting, performance, and analysis for several types of asset classes including real estate and private equity. Prior to joining BCH, Celine spent 4+ years working at Ernst & Young as a senior financial auditor. She oversaw the audit & IFRS compliance for clients from different industries such as banks, investments & financial services, oil & gas companies. Celine holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) from the American University of Beirut (AUB).

Raida is a Venture Partner at Bridge Capital Holding. She sources and assesses a growing number of investment opportunities that fit the company's investment thesis and mandate, and formulates proactive investment theses on areas of interest. Raida has built her venture experience at BYVP after 4 years of work in the banking sector. Raida holds a master's degree in Economics & Strategy from Imperial College London.

Anthony joined Bridge Capital Holding as an Investment Associate. He is responsible for assessing the operational, financial and investment feasibility of opportunities across several asset classes including private equity, venture capital and real estate. Prior to joining BCH, Anthony held the positions of Project Manager to the CEO and Senior Financial Analyst at Obegi Group and GA Consult respectively. Anthony is a CFA charterholder and a certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA). He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the American University of Beirut (AUB) with a double concentration in finance and management.

Salem Abi Chahla Joined Bridge Capital Holding as a Financial Controller. Salem oversees budget management analysis and plays a lead role in the preparation of audited financial statements, VAT and tax returns. Prior to joining BCH Salem had acquired 17+ years of experience in the field, with responsibilities spanning audit, tax, financial reporting, and business management. Salem is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting

Raafat joined Bridge Capital Holding as Portfolio Analyst. He is responsible for preparing or strategically identifying and quantifying the risks for the company's investment initiatives. Prior to joining BCH, Raafat held the position of Financial Analyst at Food & Drug Corporation, prior to that he also worked at Credit Financier SAL, where he was Acting Risk Manager and Credit Manager. Raafat is a CFA charterholder and a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM). He earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and minor in Political Science from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and holds a certificate of advanced financial modeler (CAFM®).

Hanan joined Bridge Capital in April 2015 and assumes the role of the Executive assistant to the General Manager and maintains the office administrative tasks at the holding’s Dubai branch. Prior to joining BCH, Hanan spent 6+ years at Ask Deco, an interior design studio where she was the purchasing officer, along with handling administrative related tasks. Hanan studied Chemistry at the Lebanese University - Faculty of Science and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Sagesse University.

Samer joined Bridge Capital Holding as an Accountant. He is responsible of financial accounting activities relating to the various investments of the holding. Prior to joining BCH, Samer worked at Infratech, a leading company in Sustainable Energy. He worked for both private and governmental clients towards achieving the establishment of wind farms in Lebanon. Samer graduated from University of Balamand where he earned bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Auditing and Diploma in Management. Samer is a member in Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and preparing to be Certified in Management Accountant (CMA).

Rola joined Bridge Capital Holding as a Senior Financial Analyst. She is in charge of analyzing current and historical data and financial reports related to different asset classes including real estate. Prior to joining BCH, Rola spent 8 months working at Price Waterhouse Coopers as a senior financial auditor and 2+ years at Ernst and Young as Associate Auditor. She performed audit procedures for clients from different industries such as insurance, banks, investments & financial services, oil & gas companies, and retail. Rola holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the American University of Beirut and is preparing to be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Rawan joined Bridge Capital Holding as Office Administrator. She collaborates closely with the team to deliver outstanding data and office management while also managing day-to-day activities efficiently. Before joining Bridge Capital Holdings, Rawan spent nearly a decade working as an Early Childhood Teacher in the Gulf and Lebanon. During this time, she focused on developing specialized educational and psychological strategies to enhance students' learning experiences and assisted in student management while collaborating closely with their guardians. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Hospitality Management and Tourism from LAU, as well as a Teaching Diploma in Mathematics and Science with a minor in psychology from RHU.

Yves joined Bridge Capital Holding as IT Technical Support. He is responsible for all IT related activities at BCH including support for all companies within the group. Prior to joining BCH, Yves spent 10 years at Askdeco SAL as IT System Administrator, Support and Development in addition to managing the 3D department renders post processing. Yves studied Computer Science & Multimedia at the University of Al-Kafaat (AKU) and has accomplished the Technical Support Fundamentals and The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking course by Google.

Toufic Badran Joined Bridge Capital Holding as a Senior Accountant. He is responsible for Controlling the accounting activities of several entities within the group. and plays a role in the preparation of financial statements, VAT, and tax returns. Prior to joining BCH, Toufic had acquired 10 years of experience in financial services, with responsibilities ranging from tax consultancy, financial reporting, and external Audit. Toufic is preparing to become a Certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in Auditing.

Ramy joined Bridge Capital Holding as an Investment Analyst. His role involves supporting the internal due diligence process to evaluate the viability of various opportunities spanning multiple asset classes such as private equity, venture capital and real estate. Prior to joining BCH, Ramy held the position of Investment Analyst at Centurion Invest and has completed several internships in the region with institutions such as Emirates National Bank of Dubai (ENBD) and Al Shall Consulting. Ramy has completed his CFA Level I exam, holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Engineering from Notre Dame University (NDU) and a Master of Science in Finance (MFIN) from the American University of Beirut (AUB).

Wafic earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with distinction from the Lebanese American University in 2016. Following his graduation, he embarked on a successful career journey. Initially, he joined EY as an Associate Auditor, where he dedicated four and a half years to working with clients hailing from diverse industries and locations, including Jeddah, Erbil, and Beirut. Rising through the ranks, he attained the position of Senior Associate before transitioning to PwC, where he provided assurance services to clients in Dubai for an additional two and a half years. With over seven years of invaluable experience gained from the Big Four, Wafic embarked on a new chapter in his career by joining Bridge Capital Holding as a Financial Analyst.
