Financial Analyst

Bridge Capital Holding is seeking a Financial Analyst who will work alongside the FP&A Manager to conduct financial analysis and prepare reports. The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing the performance of various investments across multiple asset classes and ensuring that accurate and timely reports are provided. Effective communication and coordination with other departments will be crucial in providing updates on investment transactions. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records and promptly processing all data entries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Investment Management Department and the Accounting Department for the provision of information and updates on investment transactions.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Department to obtain timely & accurate financial information to be utilized for reporting & analysis.
• Enter the data collected on the financial analysis system and reconcile with our books.
• Gather the investment related information to prepare financial statements and analyze the financial performance of individual investments.
• Prepare periodic (Quarterly, Annually) consolidated financial reports per asset class in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development and customization of financial case simulations and reports as deemed appropriate.
• Facilitate detailed financial reporting; maintain trial balance and copies of financial statements for investments, as applicable
• Compile and present the company’s financial data, monitor actual performance, and prepare reports on actual versus projected performance.
• Follow up on the proper documentation and maintenance of financial supporting documents for each of the investments/ assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
• Certifications such as CA/ CPA/ CFA
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
